ORDER SUPPLIES ONLINE: Online orders for items in stock that are paid by credit card and received by 3:00 EST will generally be shipped the next business day.

MAIL ORDERS: See order form at the back of catalog.

SHIPPING COSTS: We ship UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of items you order.

-- PAPER SHIPPING: Larger Paper sheets (width or length greater than 32 in.) requires a $35.00 crate plus actual shipping cost which will be calculated and added to the order total after the crate is packed and weighed.

PURCHASE ORDERS: We do accept purchase orders from institutions after an account has been established. You may also submit an on-line order or phone in a purchase order, but it should be followed by a FAXed order or one sent in the mail which is clearly marked CONFIRMING ORDER. There must be a purchase order number with a confirming telephone number, a bill-to address and a ship-to-address. Indicate on the purchase order that supplies are sent F.O.B. Brookston, IN or say 'Add Shipping'

ORDERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES: Listed prices are in U.S. funds. Orders must be paid by credit card, either VISA, Master Card,or American Express. They will do the currency exchange. Please tell us how you would like us to ship, (U.S. Mail, UPS, Air Freight and method (surface, air). Shipping will be added.

PAYMENT: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. Institutions with Purchase Orders and other pre-approved accounts are billed NET 30 days. There is a finance charge of 2% per month on overdue balances.

SALES TAX: Indiana residents pay IN sales tax unless a form ST 105 is on file at our office.


A. MINIMUM CHARGE (Supplies other than Ready-To-Use Pulp): This includes packing, handling and shipping for up to the first FIVE POUNDS. (This includes most small orders.) Incremental charges are added for each pound over the minimum weight. Presently, calculation of shipping charges online is available only for the 48 contiguous United States. Until further notice, shipping charge to other locations will be computed off-line and added to the order total.

RUSH ORDERS: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Saturday Delivery are available at customer expense.

BALES OF DRY FIBER are shipped by truck. (Freight Collect)

Ready-to-use-pulp is perishable and is not returnable. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns must be approved in advance and return shipping prepaid.
